Meeting Rooms

Rooms are available for rent during open hours and after hours. All rooms are free to use during regular hours as long as they are not booked. If you wish to ensure room availability a booking must be made and fees will be applied. Otherwise, you may check at the information desk when you arrive to see if a room is free.

How to book:

• Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance,

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund,

• Call (403-556-6460), email (oml@prl.ab.ca) or visit (5217 52 st.) to reserve,

• Payment can be made the day of booking or prior,

• After Hours bookings must pick up a key and receive an orientation the day before or day of the booking during library hours.

After Hours Rates: If staff are required to attend after hours or for tech services help, a minimum rate of $25.00 per hour will be applied. Rooms that must have a staff present are indicated below.

Not for Profit Rates: Groups with not for profit or charitable status receive a 50% discount on all bookings
